Three friends, one brew kit

Simon started brewing at the start of lockdown. He bought a load of stainless steel off the internet and started playing.

A year later, out on a bike ride, Sam said he’d like a go. From then on the two of them brewed together at home.

On New Year’s Eve 2022, a friend mentioned to a friend of his that we were brewing. That friend was Craig, and he wanted to make mead. One conversation led to another, and by the end of January 2023 the three of us had bought a professional brew kit from a Bristol brewery that was upgrading.

Tangent Brewing Co. was formed that month. Every beer we make is vegan.
